Week 1, Workout 2

Workout:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk.
Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.

No wheezing again today - yeah!  But, I truly felt my legs were going to snap in two.  I am still very sore from the first workout, which tells me I am very much in need of exercise and this program.
